Onew Facts

Since It's Onew's Birthday today, I'll post some of his facts to celebrate (:

• Onew's real name is Lee Jin Ki .  Nicknames: Leader Onew, OnLeader, Dubu (Tofu), Onew Sangtae
• When Onew says something boring and makes the atmosphere awkward, Key takes over and lightens up the atmosphere (haha that's so cute).
• Fan: your soft voice makes my heart comfortable/at ease. the beautiful smile of Onew. Onew:Ah,thankyou^^ if you smile you will be blessed~^^
• One of Onew's nickname is OnTokki (Tokki = Rabbit) because of his front two bunny teeth
• During a fan sign, Onew once suddenly froze, then told a fan that he forgot how to sign. Then resumed back to signing after a while.
• During a Maybee radio interview, Onew mentioned his parents, then hid his face (prob to hide the fact he's crying) then made a sound before
• Onew's hobby is to Sleep
• Onew revealed, "But I also studied hard. During my 3rd year [last year] of high school, I was ranked second in my class.”
• Onew's bloodtype is O
• Onew-hyung usually smiles a lot and when he was serious, I couldn't stop laughing. (Taemin)
• Onew's first revealation on his Ideal type is that every girl has her own charms.. so he doesn't have an idea. the second revelation is that his ideal type is the girl he has a good impression on at first sight..
• Onew wants to learn how to draw well .
• Onew likes brushing his teeth for a long time .
• Does Onew-Khun have interest to make people laugh? Onew: Kwack! ----> ROFL
• Onew : If we see the happy faces of the fans , we are even happier .
• What Leeteuk taught to Onew was greeting like "Hello everyone, I'm SHINee only you~" (i think it's because only u sounds like onew)
• Onew doesn't appear to have any piercings
• Onew drank an energy drink before debut, and said "I feel the power!"
• Our Leader Onew is often known to be always smiling! (from debut all the way to now)
• Onew's nickname is Dubu as he really likes a type of tofu called Sundubu (and says that he has beautiful memories of it)
• When he was young he would also bring food from his parents shop to share with his classmates.
• He would always resist and smile despite the pain in front of the camera before the job's finish.
• Onew only succeeded in making his members laugh once or twice a year, however, he constantly does his best without giving up.
• Onew brings a rubix cube around & do it when he's bored.
• Onew brings digestion medicine for himself and the members because there are times where they will feel uncomfortable on the plane
• Onew wears glasses when he practice dancing .
• Onew has two MP3's in his bag because he is afraid that the other one will run of off battery .
• Onew listen to the lecture and study in the library alone in order to achieve 2nd in class
• Onew graduated from a IT high school .
• Onew is so sweet and has a great heart. He's beautiful on the outside and in.
• Jonghyun : Onew is the kindest member because he is too kind & has a fragile heart so his doesn't know how to express his inner feelings .
• Jonghyun : Onew understands us well , and has very high leadership qualities and i think he is the most amzaing leader i ever had .
• Onew: JongHyun is always thinking of others silently and take cares of people around him secretly .

• Onew thinks that the kindest member in SHINee is Jonghyun .
• Onew feels that a good guy is someone who is very thoughtful of others .
• Feels shy about presenting himself to people, and because of it, he did not dare to participate in audition..
• When performing on stage for the first time, he could not see anything in front of him, and even forgot the lyrics before going up on stage. But he thought of his parents who were sitting in front of the stage, he thought “Yes, I must look for them”, and thus calmed down gradually.
• The Leader who commits the most mistakes during practices; the Leader who feels responsible for the group and solves problem, the Leader who will just zone out from time to time, the Leader who still stays strong despite sporting swollen, red eyes under the glaring lights, the Leader who cries in the car secretly after getting injured.
• Onew said:  “Rather than saying that I use certain methods to make the sunbaes like me, I am just working hard to be respectful.” It is this thought that accompanies the 90 degree bow everytime.
• Infamous NG King. “You just cannot not NG can’t you!” (KEY)
• Onew said : “Honestly, amongst all of the SHINee members, in the terms of looks, physique, expression…and everything is charismatic and the only phrase to describe the person is ‘near perfection’, that member is — ME!”
• Because he got curious after hearing that “if there is something heavy on your chest, your thoughts will become heavy too, and you will experience illusions”, so he went went to sleep hugging a box, hoping to enter a land of illusions but nothing happened…
• . ‘What should you do if you are a victim of the SHINee poison?’ ” …Go to the hospital for cure! (innocently, seriously)
• He Can be quite blur at times. “Our album will be released in May (firmly) …. It’s already August now?! ….Oh then it should be in September…Ah (manager glares at him) No no, it’s in August, end of August…”
• His ideal type is something who has character, good personality, is responsible, knows how to cook, looks good in appearance, the hands must be especially pretty, and the most important aspect — it must be a Noona!  
• Tied his hair with the filigree(the golden strip thing) used to package bread, that was when he was really young, and had really long hair…
• strong at adapting, when dressing up as a girl for the first time, he felt fascinated and awkward, but after awhile he was able to start dancing sexy dances. If he does changes into a girl? He would probably date Key. Unique, strong personality, very interesting, just like his cup of tea.
•  Does not hide his worry about the possibility of him committing mistakes because he is does not feel capable of it. “Can I do it well?”, “Will it be safe?”, “Will I get into trouble?”, whatever comes to mind he will voice it out, and after that, will feel more daring to continue on.
• Suffers from the “Floudering about” syndrome, will sink into a state of baffling nervousness whenever he does not know how to answer something. When it comes to handling the direction of a conversation, it will be fine if he is not nervous, but once he ends up panicking, he will want to shout “Umma”.
• Will wake up early to make roast meat for Taemin, but sleep is also very important, must have a good sleep, eat well and abstain from unhealthy snacks.
• The most memorable present. the most treasured present, the happiest present received: Everyone’s love. How about using this year’s Newcomer Award to repay that? That is a precious gift that can only received once in a lifetime, want to receive it, and then…Hehe, not telling you! …Did I say that?…Eh….
